DECEMBER UPDATES 8th December, 2011 Seasons greetings to y'all. Some of you have already commented on the new S Brand Steve McLeod logo... and we're pretty pumped ourselves, Thanks for all your positive feedback :) Amigo's, 2011 will go down as the year of Black Tourmaline, it is so close now that we just can't wait to get stuck into the new year. 2012 is going to be an amazing year and we wish to Thank you all for your ongoing support. Big announcements, live shows and releases on their way. SEPTEMBER UPDATES 8th September, 2011 The time is coming my beautiful friends. We've been in and out of studio's throughout Winter here in Melbourne, Australia... We've sat religiously in the studio pounding away @ Black Tourmaline and now after nearly 2 years we are drawing closer to completion. It's an exciting time for all of us here @ SMM.COM We want to Thank all of you who have been asking how it's all coming along, when the next SM show is... It's great to know there is support out there for what we're doing. You've been remarkably patient and within the next month you will hear some samples from Black Tourmaline up here on this site. We're be sorting everything out in regards to the launch and tour dates prior to Christmas. We're expecting the official Black Tourmaline Launch to be in early 2012, accompanied by some live shows to be announced in early 2046. Stay tuned, it's getting spicy like guacomole with salsa. As Australia goes into hybernation and the sun beams strong in the northern parts of the globe, we find ourselves drawing closer to the completion of Steve's 2nd album Black Tourmaline... And wait for it... Work is well and truly under way on his 3rd album... Yes that's right you heard us true... More details to come soon. We're finalizing more live show dates which will be announced soon and we will be uploading footage of Steve and the boys working on Black Tourmaline in the stooooodio. CHERRY BAR ROCK 20th APRIL, 2011 What an awesome turnout for a cold and rainy Melbourne night. There were around 200 people in the house to see the awesome sounds of Papa Maul and My Dynamite. Steve and the boys were on in the middle slot and cranked out an amazing set. Steve played a mix of songs from Human Uniform, Black Tourmaline and even a few spins on some covers. It was an amazing night, the vibe was sensational, the people there made the night a real success. So THANKS to those of you who managed to make it down on the 9th April. Steve and the boys will be busy finalizing Black Tourmaline over the coming months with more shows expected to be announced soon. Black Tourmaline is scheduled for release in the second half of 2011.
